Dr. Robert H. (Bob) Roller, President
In July 2006, Robert H. (Bob) Roller, Ph.D. began serving as the president of the International Assembly for Collegiate Business Education. Before assuming the IACBE presidency, Dr. Roller served as a Professor of Management and Dean of the School of Business at LeTourneau University in Longview, Texas. While at LeTourneau, Dr. Roller served for seven years on the Board of Commissioners of the IACBE, twice serving as chair of that body.
Before coming to LeTourneau University in 1998, Dr. Roller was a faculty member at Roberts Wesleyan College (Rochester NY), Kennesaw State University (Marietta GA), and Oral Roberts University (Tulsa OK). At Roberts Wesleyan College, Dr. Roller served as Chair of the Division of Business and Management and was the founding Director of their Master’s program in Management.
Dr. Roller earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Oral Roberts University, a Master of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Finance from Oral Roberts University, and a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Business Administration with a major in Strategic Management and Organizational Theory from Oklahoma State University.
Dr. Roller has authored many journal publications and made numerous presentations at regional and national meetings. His research interests include nonprofit management, excellence in business education, strategic management of business schools, and management control systems. Dr. Roller was named to Outstanding Young Men of America in 1996, to the International Who's Who of Professionals in 1999, to Lexington’s Who’s Who Among Executives and Professionals in 2001, to Who’s Who in America in 2004-7, and to Who’s Who Among American Teachers in 2002, 2004, and 2006. Dr. Roller is the Chair of the Board of Directors of the Christian Business Faculty Association, which honored him with the prestigious Richard C. Chewning Award in 2004. Dr. Roller also serves as District Coordinator for the Teen Bible Quiz program in Kansas.
Dr. Roller has been married to the former Wanda Colleen Hammack, his college sweetheart, for over 28 years. The Roller’s have two daughters, Laura (age 13) and Rachel (age 8). His daughters are active in music, drama, and Bible quiz.

Mr. Bill Parrott Director of Member Services and International Operations
Bill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from MissouriWesternStateUniversity and a Master of Divinity degree from Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary.
Prior to joining the IACBE, Bill worked 20 years in the non-profit field. He has over 15 years experience in the field of quality assurance for non-profit and educational organizations. He has worked with over 100 organizations in the area of program evaluation and development while focusing on the processes by which these programs are delivered and evaluated.
Bill’s extensive travel with the IACBE enforces his belief that the best way to measure educational quality across cultures is to determine what the students have learned. However, it is equally important to know that what they have learned is relevant to their world.

Mr. Paul Mallette, Director of Eurasian Operations
Mr. Mallette currently serves as Director of Eurasian Operations and is headquartered in Paris, France. Mr. Mallette also serves as the Director of International Development at the European Federation of Schools, an IACBE partner organization.
Prior to joining the IACBE, Mr. Mallette worked as manager of training and development programs at International Masters Publisher’s Paris office and taught Marketing and Organizational Behavior at the Rouen School of Management (Rouen) and Ecole Superieur de Gestion (Paris). He currently teaches at CEA-Global Campus in Paris.
Before moving to France, Mr. Mallette served as director of admissions at Clark University’s Graduate School of Management (Worcester MA) and as assistant director of communications at the Fernald State School (Waltham MA).
Mr. Mallette received his bachelor’s degree from Boston University’s School of Public Communication (Boston MA) and his MBA degree at Clark University’s Graduate School of Management (Worcester MA). He completed additional graduate work at Harvard University’s Extension School (Cambridge MA).

Dr. John L. Green, Jr., President Emeritus
Dr. Green currently serves as the president emeritus of the IACBE. Dr. Green was the founding president of the IACBE, which he started in 1997. Prior to that time, Dr. Green was the founder of the Association of Collegiate Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP) and served as its executive director for seven years.
Dr. Green previously served as the president of Washburn University (Topeka KS), the senior vice-president for the University of Houston System, executive vice-president at the University of Miami, vice-president at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and vice president at the University of Georgia. He was also a tenured professor in business at several major universities.
Dr. Green received his bachelor’s degree from Mississippi State University, his master’s degree from Wayne State University (Detroit MI) and his Ph.D. degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Dr. Green is listed in Who’s Who in America, Who’s Who in Finance and Industry, and Who’s Who in the World.
