Dr. Jack Green
Northeast Region Representative

Dr. Green is a Professor of Management and Department Head of Humanities, Social Sciences, and Management at Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, Massachusetts. Dr. Green earned his B.B.A. and his J.D. from the University of Michigan. Before coming to Wentworth, Dr. Green worked in industry for Converse, Inc.; the Prestolite Company; and Schwartz & Schwartz attorneys.

Dr. Sid Credle
Middle States Region Representative

Sid Credle PhotoDr. Credle serves as the Dean of the School of Business at Hampton University in Hampton, Virginia. Dr. Credle joined the Hampton University community in 1999 from Florida A&M University where he served as Associate Professor and the Director of the Division of Academic Programs in the School of Business and Industry. He has held faculty and/or administrative posts at Prairie View A&M University and the University of Texas at Austin, and corporate posts at the Collins and Aikman Corporation, Arthur Andersen and Co., IBM and S.C. Johnson and Sons. Dr. Credle is the current Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at the Consolidated Bank & Trust Company.

Dr. Credle earned the Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting at Hampton University, the Master of Business Administration degree in accounting/finance at Cornell University, and the Doctor of Philosophy degree in financial accounting and taxation at the University of Texas-Austin. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Dr. Ralph Norcio
Southeast Region Representative

Dr. Norcio serves as a Professor of Business and the Associate Dean of the College of Business & Management at Lynn University in Boca Raton, Florida. His B.S. and M.S. degrees were earned at Georgetown University, his M.B.A. was earned at Cornell University, and his Ph.D. was earned at The Union Institute. Dr. Norcio has extensive experience in educational administration and as an accounting/finance manager in the defense industry.

Dr. Meg Galligan
Great Lakes Region Representative

Dr. Meg Galligan served as chair of the Department of Business Administration at Shepherd University in Shepherdstown, West Virginia during the 2006-2007 Academic Year. Dr. Galligan’s primary teaching responsibilities are in the areas of marketing and business ethics. Her major research focus is on leadership development in single-sex environments. Her community service endeavors are related to specialized accreditation both internal and external to the University.

Prior to joining Shepherd, Dr. Galligan was a full-time faculty member at Penn State University, Mont Alto Campus in south-central Pennsylvania where she delivered courses in marketing, management and finance. During her 11 years at Penn State, she was a member of the Penn State Faculty Senate for seven of those years.

Dr. Cosgrove is a Professor of Business Administration and the Chair of the Business Division at Culver-Stockton College in Canton, Missouri. He earned his B.B.A. at the University of Notre Dame and his J.D. at the University of Illinois.

Dr. McKee is the Associate Dean for the School of Business at Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford, Oklahoma.

Dr. Julia Underwood

junderwood 150wDr. Underwood is an Associate Professor and the Chair of Undergraduate Programs for the School of Business and Management at Azusa Pacific University in Azusa, California. Dr. Underwood’s specialty areas include assessing the impact of feedback and follow-up on customer satisfaction, and identifying and amending failure traits within women. Her industry experience with corporations such as BizBuyer.com and George S. May International enhance her expertise in the areas of the advancement of women in business, customer satisfaction, and organizational effectiveness. Dr. Underwood earned her B.A. from Cal State-Fullerton and her M.S. and Ph.D. from Califoria School of Professional Psychology.

Ms. Tuttle serves an an Associate Professor of Management at Keuka College in Keuka, New York. Prof. Tuttle brings a rich business background to Keuka College, having managed word processing centers at a Fortune 500 company, and having held sales and marketing positions.

In the spring of 2004, Mrs. Tuttle was elected Chair of the Business and Management Division.
