Dr. Kurt Kirstein is a faculty member in the School of Management at City University of Seattle. He manages several courses in human resource management and leadership and teaches several courses in the MBA program.
Prior to joining City University, Dr Kirstein was the Director of Training at Rosetta Biosoftware, a wholly owned subsidiary of Merck and Co., Inc. In this position he traveled throughout North America and Europe to train pharmaceutical researchers on the use of software to help them target specific genes and proteins that were associated with disease. Prior to Rosetta, Dr. Kirstein worked as a Technical Support leader at Mosaix, Inc.
Dr. Kirstein earned his doctorate in organizational leadership from Nova Southeastern University. He earned his MA in adult education from Seattle University and his BS from The Evergreen State College where he studied computer science.
