Dr. Pennino serves an an Assistant Professor of Business Administration and Director of the Business Administration Program at Dominican College in Orangesburg, New York. Dr. Pennino received her B.A degree from Fordham University, her M.B.A. from Iona College, and her Ph.D. from New York University.

Dr. Girdon is a Professor of Management and the Head of the Department of Business Administration at Pennsylvania College of Technology in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, where he also served as Dean of the School of Business and Computer Technologies from 1995-2001. Dr. Girdon earned his B.S. degree at the University of Delaware, his M.S. from St. Lawrence University, his M.B.A. from Boston University, and his Ph.D. from Rutgers University.
