Dr. Jim Welch is a Professor of Business Administration and Management at Kentucky Wesleyan College in Owensboro, Kentucky. Dr. Welch received his B.S. from St. Cloud State University, his M.B.A. from Mankato State University, his M.A. from the University of Iowa, and his Ed. D. from Vanderbilt University.
