Conference Speakers
We are pleased that this year's conference will feature two outstanding speakers who will address different aspects of the conference theme.
On Wednesday, Dr. Piero Morosini, Professor of Leadership and Strategy, CENTRUM Católica Business School, Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (Lima, Peru), will deliver a plenary address entitled "New Mindsets for Creating the Future."
On Thursday, Dr. Judith Eaton, President of the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA), will deliver the keynote address on the increasing calls for public accountability in higher education and their implications for accreditation.
Conference Workshops
In addition to sessions on the conference theme and other areas relating to excellence in business education, the conference will also feature the following all-day accreditation workshops (for an additional fee):
- Preparing an Effective Self-Study/Site Visit Preparation
- Developing a Comprehensive Outcomes Assessment Plan
- Site-Visit Peer Reviewer Training
- Integrating Strategic Planning with Outcomes Assessment
Student Ethics-Case-Study Competition
This year's conference will feature the first annual IACBE Student
Ethics-Case-Study Competition, which is open to students from all IACBE-member schools. This competition will provide students with an opportunity to showcase their ability to analyze a case, and to identify and discuss recommendations for action in an ethical and thoughtful manner.
